THIBAUT LEGAST
From the start, in 2003, Thibaut participated in the creation of his family’s artisan fine chocolate factory, known by the Brainois for its exceptional quality Belgian recipes.
Perfectionist and passionate, Thibaut has put his
heart and art to prepare all recipes from A to Z, including making chocolate from fine beans!
Pastry chef and maître-chocolatier,
Thibaut has used his talent to enhance and combine natural flavors in fine cacaos for his creations.
PATRICIA FORERO
After years of working with Colombian farmers in developing quality fine and flavor cocoa for exports, Patricia met Thibaut: a careful chocolate-maker, willing to be a patient buyer and trade partner for producers.
Paths and similar ways of working in the cocoa/chocolate world came together, and Patricia became a part of Legast Artisan team.
In our chocolates, Patricia plays an important role in establishing varieties, post- harvest procedures, and building lasting relationships with Latin- American farmers and customers.

In Legast artisan chocolatier©, we trace the origins of cocoa, visiting and evaluating plantations from the land where beans first grew and developed fine aromas: Latin America.
We craft our fine chocolates rescuing the most delicious character flavors from indigenous times. Our recipes, from the start 17 years ago, have been carefully conceived with quality ingredients and artisan work to develop real natural flavors.
We are all about quality and true flavors, and we believe in the benefits of a direct-collaborative trade with our ethical and sustainable local farmer-partners, including some Bio certified.
We hope to grant you a journey across flavors, people and places, while building with you an alternative
trade- collaborative - sustainable model. We trust that together, we can contribute to local farmers' better living,
while conserving nature and biodiversity.

Our shop - atelier in Soignies, and our shop in Braine-le-Comte offerss you a range of
chocolate, pastry and ice cream treats home-made with all of our care for you.
Most of our products are available in vrac or attractive packagings.
We also have no-sugar , no-lactose, and a line of organic BIO chocolates and chocolate products.
